CIEH MS CRM Integration

No, not an acronym contest! In a joint project with GAP Consulting, Eurisko have been engaged by The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health to integrate their Microsoft CRM and Ektron based members extranet facility.
Having worked closely with the CIEH over the last year, Eurisko are currently working on a 'joined up solution' enabling CIEH members to access user specific information based upon their user profile. The members user profile is stored in the Institutes MS CRM system, which will be accessible and manageable via the extranet. Integration is being achieved by Eurisko's systems integrators utilising a GAP Consulting developed web service.
The new facility will move the CIEH significantly closer to their goal, one that still too few companies are achieving, that of a truly joined up Intelligent Internet Solution.
