Development

Once the Technical Solution Design is completed the development team can get on with the system development.

This element is typically the largest single phase of a project and involves:

• Development environment build
• Framework installation and testing
• Scamp to image library preparation
• Template builds
• Solution specific framework configuration
• Customisation code development
• Integration
• Unit testing

The development process is managed jointly by the Lead Developer/Programme Manager and the Project Manager.

Any changes that are requested during the development cycle are assessed by the development team, ensuring that all touch points are covered, and managed by the Project Manager via Change Control. This process guarantees that all parties, from both Eurisko and the Client, fully understand the impact of all changes; ensuring that there are no surprises with regards project timescale and/or budget movement.
