Graphical design

Graphical design is all about the look and feel of your new solution and how users interact with it.

The design should encapsulate your company's brand values, and utilise any branding guidelines that are in place. Furthermore, in conjunction with the Information Architecture defined in the FRS, the design element needs to consider usability, making sure that users can and will interact with the system in a logical manner.

The graphic design brief , which forms the basis of the actual design work is defined as part of the Requirements Identification & Capture and Functional Requirements Specification.

The design 'scamps' produced at this phase become the third of the Core Project Documents and require formal client sign off.
