Before we can start developing a solution for you we need to find out more about your requirements, your business and your audience & their needs and expectations.

We know that every client is unique and that you will have your own very specific requirements. Many suppliers say this, but most will still have a prescribed, one-size fits all solution. Eurisko are different!

We believe that the first step to building a mutually beneficial relationship is for us to listen to you. Listen to your ideas and requirements, your processes and working practices, your issues who your audience are and what they need. Only then can we begin to help you develop a ‘fit for purpose’ solution to move your online business forward.

True understanding is borne from listening and questioning.

From our initial meeting we begin developing an understanding of your requirements. We start by capturing your requirements and refining and revising them throughout the lifecycle of the project. This AGILE approach to defining the scope and expectations of your project ensures that you benefit from your evolving understanding whilst maintaining strict control of the budget.

Whether we are developing a responsive website, an intranet or extranet or an integrated web application, the core information we’ll need for the project is similar:

Eurisko can work with you to document these evolving requirements as they occur.

We firmly believe that a conversation is a dialogue, not a monologue.

Collaborative working is core to Eurisko’s project management approach. We insist on maintaining an ongoing dialogue with you at every stage of the project process so that you understand the status of the project at any given time and why particular decisions have been made.

Throughout the early phases of the project we undertake a process of solution evaluation.

It is critical that you are happy with the recommendations that we make as they will form the basis of your online solution and a keystone of your ongoing digital strategy. By the time you sign off the requirements, Eurisko will understand what you need and how it should work and will recommend the best approach to delivering your solution - whether it be based upon a bespoke, off-the-shelf or framework application.

Fail to plan: plan to fail

Having agreed upon the solution to meet your requirements, implementation planning can progress. Eurisko work with you to ensure that there will be no nasty surprises, so our planning will include:

Your dedicated Project Manager will take responsibility for the project at this stage to manage all the day-to-day aspects of the project and will prepare all the schedules and plans to ensure that your project is delivered on-time and to budget.

Implementation is typically the largest phase of the project. In short this is where Eurisko carry out the solution development and testing. Our collaborative project management approach ensures that you understand the full impact of any changes and refinements made during this phase, enabling you to manage your schedules and budgets accordingly.

This implementation phase consists of seven core elements

Testing is an integral part of implementation. Together, we’ll carry out three levels of testing before you formally sign-off the solution:

User acceptance testing (UAT) - you test the system as a whole. Any bugs or issues are formally recorded, fixed and released to you for re-testing. UAT will require sign-off once complete
