Having agreed upon the solution to meet your requirements, implementation planning can progress. Eurisko work with you to ensure that there will be no nasty surprises, so our planning will include:
Your dedicated Project Manager will take responsibility for the project at this stage to manage all the day-to-day aspects of the project and will prepare all the schedules and plans to ensure that your project is delivered on-time and to budget.
Implementation is typically the largest phase of the project. In short this is where Eurisko carry out the solution development and testing. Our collaborative project management approach ensures that you understand the full impact of any changes and refinements made during this phase, enabling you to manage your schedules and budgets accordingly.
This implementation phase consists of seven core elements
Testing is an integral part of implementation. Together, we’ll carry out three levels of testing before you formally sign-off the solution:
User acceptance testing (UAT) - you test the system as a whole. Any bugs or issues are formally recorded, fixed and released to you for re-testing. UAT will require sign-off once complete
