Implementation is usually the biggest phase of the project. This is where Eurisko carry-out the system development and testing, ready to ‘go-live’. Change control processes are used throughout the implementation phase ensuring that both you and Eurisko understand the full impact of any requested changes on timescale and budget.

Testing is an integral part of implementation. Together, we’ll carry out three levels of testing before you formally sign-off the solution:

• Unit testing - individual elements are tested as they are developed and completed to identify and fix any fundamental issues
• Solution testing – on completion of development, Eurisko tests the entire solution. Any bugs or issues are formally recorded and fixed.
• User acceptance testing - you test the system as a whole. Any bugs or issues are formally recorded and as fixed will require your sign-off
