Once the product selection is made the Implementation Planning can progress.

This element is designed to ensure that there will be no 'nasty surprises' at the end of the project and will include:

• Availability of appropriate hardware
• Hosting preferences
• Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures
• Initial Business Impact Planning
