Multi-part Staff Survey

Eurisko have developed a multi-part form facility to run Wessex Water's annual staff survey.

Utilising Ektron's native form management facility, Eurisko have developed a methodology of running complex multi-part forms. Wessex Water undertake an annual staff survey as part of their ongoing monitoring of the working climate. This year it was decided to undertake this online, minimising the disruption to the working day and maximising the ability for both office and field staff to partake.

This years survey consists of 70 multi-choice questions split into 8 distinct sections. Each section is presented to the user as a separate form with the collated answers submitted at the end of the process. Data is written directly to the Ektron database, safeguarding submissions when upgrading and enabling initial reporting from within the workarea and data exportation for more detailed analysis.
