CIEH Go Live With On-Line Booking

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) have gone live with their online event booking system. The online booking system allows CIEH to link training and educational events advertised on their website, with the event entities in their CRM and provide an end to end online booking service.
Once a user has found an event they wish to attend they can log in with their existing CIEH details, or if they are not registered, register. Once logged in a user can book a place on the event, including requesting any special requirements such as dietary or access provisions. They can pay for their place online via WorldPay and will receive an almost instantaneous confirmation of their booking.
The solution, developed by Eurisko Consulting Services, leverages their existing investment on both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and their Ektron Web Content Management system. By tightly integrating the event entity in the CRM with the form capture within Ektron and further onto payment processing with WorldPay, the user can experience a complete, end to end processes within a single enviroment, with common look, feel and functionality.
