Project Management

At the end of the requirements capture process the project is passed on to the Project Manager (PM) who is responsible for the project from that point forward.

From this point forward the PM is your primary point of contact for all project issues, ensuring that all queries, issues and changes are correctly handled by the relevant members of the project team.

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project including, where appropriate:

  • Preparation of all project schedules and plans
  • Preparation of 'pre-requisites' schedule for all involved parties, including you the client, Eurisko and any third parties that are tasked on the schedule
  • Issuing of full schedules of work to you and involved parties for approval
  • Assignment of all required resources to the project, including development, testing, and technical engineers
  • Monitoring project progress against agreed schedules and plans
  • Managing quality, risks, changes, issues and financial implications
  • Monitoring project performance and publishing project status data at key stages throughout the project
  • Managing day-to-day project tasks and escalating any issues that impact on the project performance and timetable
  • Provide updates or adjustments to the project plan as necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the key deliverables defined at the start of the project
  • Assisting with User Acceptance Testing and managing hand-over of the completed project to the agreed schedule
