The Eurisko Project Methodologies

Experience of many projects in differing business situations has taught us that flexibility within a controlled environment is a critical element in the delivery of a successful solution.

Eurisko offer this flexibility by providing both formal and agile project methodologies, ensuring that we can adapt to suit the specific circumstances of each project.

Eurisko strongly believe that the correct project methodology selection for an engagement is essential. Having an alternative to the formal approach provides us with the ability to ensure your project is approached and delivered in the most appropriate and cost effective manner

Process Management

At a management level, the biggest distinction between formal and agile methodologies is the attitude to plans and planning.

Formal methodologies focus on producing detailed plans and require deviations from the plan to be managed via change control.

Agile methodologies also produce plans, but treat them only as approximations for what will actually happen. When there is a deviation from the plan this is treated as feedback, which is evaluated and future plans and projections adjusted accordingly.
