True understanding is borne from listening and questioning.

After our initial meeting, you’ll need to tell us more about your business and the project you have in mind. Typically, we do this by capturing your high level requirements, refining and revising them throughout the life of the project – Eurisko’s ‘Agile’ approach for defining the scope and expectations of your project.

For online projects such as websites, intranets and extranets, the type of information we’ll need to uncover during the project includes:

• Key business objectives and deliverables
• Information Architecture (site/application structure, navigation, etc.)
• Look and feel (design, branding etc.)
• Functional Processes (functionality contained and managed as part of the site/application)
• Integration Processes (data exchanges with other systems)

Eurisko will document these requirements as they occur.

Next, we need to develop the blue print that shows exactly how your solution will look and work.

Again, this is driven by you and the way your business works. We will need to meet with the various business units involved and define the processes, associations and flows for each project element.

As we discover and understand these expanded requirements, we’ll collate and document them as the Functional Requirements Specification.
